Survey Results and more stuff for backers!

After 30 days of Bezier Games telling you what's what, you guys haven't wasted your time telling us what you want to see in terms of alternative artwork cards and custom ripples.
There were more than 1000 responses in each of the two surveys. That's fantastic!

Here's the results of the custom ripple survey. Note there is a drop off after the first two, and then the next five:

With a ton of roles to choose from, there are a group of roles that have risen to the top, while others just didn't generate that much interest. For instance, With more than 1000 backers voting, there are only 5 votes separating the top two vote getters. Some of you probably didn't vote for any of the top seven choices, yet all of them are within striking distance of being the most popular. Here are the results of the Alternative Artwork survey:

Clearly you are very excited about both of these, so we're going to do the following for you:
1) There will be SEVEN backer-created custom ripples added to the app! The top TWO most popular custom ripples (Vote for the app and Repeat your night action) will be available to everyone, not just backers, while the next five most popular custom ripples will be backer-only!
2) There will be TWO backer-chosen alternative artwork cards. Which two? Well, there was a pretty clear cut-off after the top 8 roles (sorry, Witch!), so there's another survey posted that lets you pick from the top 8 vote getters....the two with the most votes at the end of this new survey will be the alternative artwork cards! Here's the link for the new survey (please fill this out as soon as possible):

Choose your Custom Ripples!

Hundreds of backers responded, and we received some pretty awesome entries. A new survey has been posted that includes the most popular/fun ones that were entered. You can take that survey here to finalize which ripples will make it into the game!

Some ripple ideas didn't make the cut for the following reasons:
1) There is a ripple that's the same/too similar already
2) It would be too difficult to implement (the most popular of these was a reverse time loop)
3) They wouldn't work for gameplay reasons (Dark mirror universes are fun but fraught with gaming issues)
4) They were a variation of "players must lie/can't lie" which ends up being both unfun and unenforceable.

Thanks to all of you for a great Kickstarter campaign. We finished the night off with $320K, which is kind of crazy for a game that takes less than 10 minutes to play!

What's next?
Well, there's still some work to do on our end, but we'll keep you up to date as things progress, and try to include as many images of the progress we're making. Our app developer is hard at work enhancing the app as you read this, and all the other components are being worked on in various forms.

Backer-defined custom ripples!
At the time of this update, we still haven't quite achieved the number of backers (3300) needed to unlock the following stretch goal:
And there are two more like it if we reach 3500 and 3700 backers in the next day!
However, you can enter your custom ripple ideas starting now, right here:

A few days after the Kickstarter campaign ends, we'll review the results, pick the most popular/interesting ripples from the list and let the Kickstarter community vote on them! The top (1, 2, or 3, depending on how many stretch goals have been unlocked) ripples will then be added to the app!

Even though we're further from it, we may indeed reach what is now the furthest stretch goal: The backer-chosen alternative artwork goal:

We've added a few more stretch goals for the final three days:
That's right...backers will decide what's in these new ripples! After the project closes, we'll post a survey asking for suggestions. From those suggestions, we'll post the most popular ones, and then you'll get to vote on which ones will make it into the game!
Of course, to get these, we need more backers, so please do whatever you can to help us get more backers. Note that dialing random numbers and asking for support for this KS campaign is frowned upon by the Powers That Be.
